Oracle Executive VP Files To Cash In 100,000 Shares (ORCL)
(NewsTraders.com)-- Jay Nussbaum, an executive vice president at Oracle (ORCL), registered for sale 100,000 common shares of the software and information management company.
Nussbaum planned to sell the shares, which he valued at $7.5 million, on July 13 through Legg Mason, according to a Form 144 filing released after market close Monday by the SEC.

Oracle, of Redwood City, Calif., has 2.84 billion common shares outstanding.

Of note, a Form 144 only shows a filer's intent to sell the shares. Actual verification of the sales, if and when they occur, would be provided in a subsequent filing.

In pre-noon activity on Tuesday, Oracle shares were seen moving lower by $0.88 at $75.25.
