I found the statement on Reuters:

"EMI's music will also be available in the future in software company Liquid Audio's secure format, after that company developed a player that supports that format."

library.northernlight.com

The CBS.MarketWatch.com article used the words "portable music player" before they deleted the last sentence. So, what do you think? Are they talking about the latest software version or a portable music player?

I'm guessing that CBS.MarketWatch.com just made a mistake while writing about something it didn't know about just because the stock was going up. They like to cut and paste from real news articles and add a sentence about the latest movement of the stock. This time I think they made a mistake. Time will tell.
