Yes, we get pre-approved offers advertising outrageous credit limits all the time. Some days my husband and I will get identical offers in separate envelopes, each with 'up to' a 50 or 100k credit line and 4.9% interest for 3,6,9, or 12 months. I used to believe that the large credit line offered was just a gimmick, but now I wouldn't be shocked if they actually gave me such a credit line were I to be inclined to apply. Regards, Barb
