Any thoughts on where we stand with the 50/50 management? Does this also imply 50% revenue sharing?

With the IPO does this imply shareholders of ATHM profit from the venture indirectly or will we be offered shares? ( I know, hard to even ask that with a straight face.)

Obviously you are proving that Excite @Chello is Excite@Home's competitor. What AOL could never do, the company found a way to do to itself. @Home is committing suicide. at the hands of Excide.
