Jim,I agree with inv H&S formation, everything depends... MSFT ,INTC and QCOM results are coming and we don't know yet how the market will react... NDX 4000, is an important psychological barrier for any upside or downside. So far,at 4000 a few min ago,I 've got a short time sell signal. Regards,el
