My thinking is that they will announce the dividend with the next quarter.

Scott,
Have you noticed the arbitrage strategy employed by CIBC on Prime West and Reserve Royalty.
Looks like they have shorted Prime West aggressively in excess of 500,000 shares and purchased Reserve Royalty.
Prime West at $8.10 has held up remarkably well considering this significant selling pressure.
I question the amount of profit this strategy would entail since until they deposit Reserve Royalty shares to cover their short position on Prime West they are liable for the 16 cent dividend for July and August.

Best Regards,
Richard
