Microsoft beats Street
4:29 p ET
Microsoft Corp., the world's largest
software company, on Tuesday
reported fiscal fourth-quarter net
income and revenue that exceeded
analysts' expectations.

Apple beats Street
4:37 p ET
Apple reported fiscal third quarter profits of 45
cents a share before one-time items, compared
with Wall Street estimates of 44 cents a share. Excluding the
items, Apple earned 55 cents a share. Sales rose to $1.83
billion from $1.56 billion a year ago.

Intel's 2Q profit rises
4:29 p ET
Intel Corp. on Tuesday reported a second-quarter profit of 50
cents per share on sales that rose 23 percent to $8.3 billion.
