marc, I have been pretty negative on Xerox since about 1976, but it is so cheap now that I may take another look. My reasoning was that their's had become a commodity business and that management was not a rack of sinuses, yet it continued to sell at a growth stock premium. It is now selling below the market, but I would have to do more work before throwing holy water on it.

Wac came from Dave Feldman, who is a bargain hunter par excellence. I am a valuation player, not a value player, but Warnarco is starting to appeal on both scores. I don't think there is huge risk here. I just don't know when the upside will ever be seen.
