It looks like they have to kiss some booty with Wall Street and have one of the big boys do a follow-on offering, even thought they don't need the money.

The one thing they didn't do in the last 3 months that they said they were going to do was snap up some more companies.

Maybe that could also get them moving.

Go2Net Reports Net Loss for the Quarter
Go2Net, a Seattle company that runs an Internet network of sites including Metacrawler and Silicon Investor, yesterday reported a net loss of $10.3 million for the quarter ending June 30, compared with a loss of $566,946 for the same quarter last year. The company attributed the loss to higher acquisition and marketing costs. Go2Net generated $23 million in revenue for the quarter, up from its revenues for the same period a year ago: $5.73 million.

CNCC- Wall Street will get a clue when Russ & Co. realize that they need to cozy up to some of the biggies(i.e. Goldman, etc.). They have showed no inclination to do so, so don't expect it. You think if YHOO,LCOS, GOTO, etc. had posted these type numbers there share price would DROP $7? No way.
