T2, We may see 100 soon. 100/1.73 => Only 58 PE. Considering much larger deferred revenue it looks solid to me. Also take a look at Intel;s forward statement. Intel said, second half CPU volumes & revenue will be UP from larger unit production and strong demand.

I disagree. If it's an appropriate reserve, it will be consumed by support costs in future quarters. And if it's understated, future earnings will suffer as support costs exceed the reserve. It IS a liability, after all. Only if it's overstated might I agree with you to the extent of the overstatement, but I suspect that's not significant.

t2: You are correct. This also shows a significant sale of W2K to big corps. as they have tough terms regarding final acceptance and therefore final realization of revenues. JFD
