Doc, ALL BIOTECH IS SHEER SPECULATION!!! LLY had the speculating patent application......NOT ME!!! Why don't you ask LLY to WAIT and go through ALL their trial data before filing a prophetic patent???? You are also missing the point on PREVENTION OF SEPSIS. ONE MORE TIME......Neuprex MIGHT be helpful in killing gram neg bugs more rapidly and more effectively. Hospitalized cases of gram neg infections BEFORE FULL BLOWN SEPSIS in conjunction with GENTA or VANCO. Keep in mind that also there is a theory that giving conventional antibiotics to some with simple gram neg infections increases the load of LPS slipping them into sepsis. Will BPI help??? Who knows??? Sure doesn't keep people speculating by buying Xoma does it? You are wrong in saying that sepsis is just circulatory problems!! But then again we are talking PREVENTION of sepsis. FYI: If you can't kill the bugs because they are uncooperative the more bugs you have the more LPS you have!! BIG difference than saying resistant bugs CAUSE ALL cases of sepsis. ONCE AGAIN SHEER SPECUALTION ON MY PART AND ONLY MY OPINIONS!!!!!! BTW, what do you call what do on the ENMD board????LOL
