Re: Buyback. I listened to the conference call. They acknowledged that the Visio waiting period is over and that they are eligible to buy back now. However, they said that they have "no plans to buy back at this time".

This was stated twice during the call.

Let's see. Over the year, cash went up about $6.5 B and basic shares outstanding went up about 160 million. Buying in those 160 million shares at $75/share would cost about $12 B. Maybe they don't want to deplete cash/share?
