[TQNT] TRIQUANT SEMICONDUCTOR EXPECTS 2000 REVENUES TO BE 'BETTER THAN EXPECTED', AT $300.6 MLN HILLSBORO, Ore., Jan 11 (Reuters) - TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. TQNT on Thursday said it expected annual revenues for 2000 to be about $300.6 million, exceeding expectations. That sales figure compared with $163.6 million in revenue recorded for 1999.
