It's free and it is definitely faster than a regular isp. I don't know if you read all my posts, but I still haven't been given an email address. Apparently they haven't gotten to this yet. Other than that, everything else went smoothly. You just have to make sure you are within the amount of required distance from the central office of your local phone company. They will be able to tell you this. Thing about it is that it is so new that even the Etrade reps are clueless over certain issues. If you have trouble let me know and I will PM you a name and extension of a rep who seemed to know a bit more than most of them over at Etrade.
