Chic, short INTC going into the second half? I would keep a couple of things in mind:

1. Operating income is the base from which income taxes are paid.

2. The bottom line is the base from which the company grows, and from which the health of the company is perceived.

I agree in principle Chick- but don't do anything reckless. Remember Intel has a lot of money with which to buy back their own stock. If you want to go short, do puts. Real short is asking for trouble.
