Yeah, makes sense that lower radiated power would be better.
Can only help CDMA marketing.
Another feather in the feather-stuffed cap of CDMA. I love CDMA: had a great time last year with QCOM stock, still using my QCOM cell phone--with a handsfree set though, as the little radiation emitter sits a foot away from me.
