CNNFN 7/19/00 - 1:41 PM... Bill: All right. Terrific. We'll go check out an e-mail. We have one coming out from sam out in california. Sandisk. Why didn't it rebound after the april correction like the other semiconductors we were just talking about and got an explanation. We think so. We've looked at sandisk and it's in a very attractive market. We talked about silicon storage technology. It's a big player in the flash memory area. They've suffered from that concern that more flash memory is coming onstream. More capacity is coming onstream in the high density area and so they really are vulnerable if that is going to happen where as the silicon storage which focused more in the low density sector of the market is not as vulnerable. Bill: Got an e-mail from arizona coming in and it is from, i guess that's igor. What's your opinion on the timing of buying jds yawn...

AUS
You know I like to look at PRO and CON on any stock.
So here is my best "negative"(g)
It is based on MICRON TECH and DRAM.
MICRON takes on Asia fabs by beating them in size,
they are down to the .18 and .15 and soon lower.
Drop in size makes MICRON lowest cost producer of DRAM

(1) Fact 85% of SNDK rev was product.
(2) Fact 15% of SNDK rev was fee.
(3) Could Asia fabs produce SNDK product at a much lower
size and thereby end up cheaper, even after the SNDK fees?
(4) Hopefully some one will say this is stupid and gives reasons why it is not possible.

Thanks in advance
Larry Dudash
