Steven, Since I had the day "off", I went and looked up that child, and found another article that said his mother "rented" him-- this was not the first time-- to some sort of sex slave trade ring. They rent a child to smuggle the woman into the country to sell her as a sex slave, and the child adds the appearance of legitimate family. His mother needed the money for drugs. ( I wonder if he's been HIV since birth) I will look for the URL- as it had some different information.
