I hope those calls work out for you, I actually went long a few shares today just to hedge some of my other shorts... but I'm skeptical due to everyone seeming to know already that the earnings will be blown away, and the price action hasn't shown much enthusiasm by traders. I suppose that with everyone else beating by $.01-$.10, if AMD really crushes it, Joe Retail may be persuaded to gap this thing up big enough for a nice score - after all, they will think they know the company and the industry inside and out being that they have an Athalon in their pc.
