I was already to fly out and meet Timothy Blackford this month but now they want the depositions in August. I would do it in early August but I have made my reservations for my vacation in early August over a year ago.

on another note;

"Mr. Tobin said that the similarity with the login page is because both West America and World Trade clear their leads through a respected clearing house in San Francisco and the login page comes from their system. He also said that the London and Hong Kong services soon to be launched on Swiftrade would operate with systems developed by Momentum Internet which is a ZiaSun subsidiary.

so what is it that swiftrade developed? Could it be this?

iasset.com ?

or this

capitalg.com ?

or this

cgeurope.com ?

In my conversation with Mr. Tobin earlier on, I asked him about the similarities of these two pages. He said that the similarity on the first page and other pages is because World Trade Financial (formerly Amber Securities) had "borrowed" some graphics and layouts from the Swiftrade website, without permission or consultation.

Mr.
