Golly jeez, I hate ss's who say "good luck"....anyway, she's not going lower independent of the market going lower...so the shorts aren't going to rake it in this time...and coach, knows it...too much risk for a market-performing drop...keep it long, coach

cbk,

Isn't it funny how longs are so quick to congratulate a fellow long for a smart trade on the long side, but hate it when a short seller makes a few bucks?

Remember longs, the short seller provides reality and sensibility to the market.

And also remember, the short is a certain buyer at some point in the future.

cbk posted that he was short on 7/17/00. BRCM closed that day at 261 and change. He was immediately labeled an idiot.

Today, two trading days later, he is somewhere around 100k richer. (if he covered today)

If I were you cbk, I would not look a gift horse in the mouth.

But, Congrats on your trade. Everyone deserves to make a little money now and then.

Have fun,
Phil
