and ME. However, that is not the end yet. The battle between
Rambus and the Memory Industry has just begun.

Free Memory Price Watch

PRICE ALERT!! Bench Mark PC100 64MB DIMM price has finally
stablized at $69.50. It has been there for the last week and a half.
This is attributed to the fire that burned down one of the chamical
factory producing a neccessary ingradiant for the semiconductor
factories. At the same time, Hitachi's settlement with Rambus also
kept price high as the industry is enticipating to pay royalty to
Rambus Inc. for using SDRAM and DDR memory. simmtester.com

Cirrus, I listened to the Intel CC this morning. It sounds like plenty of business for both cos. for a long long time, regardless of whose chip is faster than whose. Maybe this type of banter is actually getting childish, and talk of sheer capacity is now the germane topic.
