I wouldn't get too stoked about a little shift into the treasuries as equity markets are painted red.

Only after a loss in confidence about the underlying economy will clownbux, homegrown and imported, begin to leave. For now, the herd considers treasuries a safe place to stash cash as the dung corrects a bit.

But at some point, the outward flux of money may begin to generate inflation via currency devaluation, and when this threat is seen... then there's a real evacuation.

But for now, enjoy this little end of lunch rally. -ng-
