Joel,

It's not the eyes I'm worried about. It's my fingers. They're really close to the keyboard, much closer than my eyes are to the monitor.

OT - Monitor question. Lets turn this monitor discussion into a serious one. What type of monitor would be best to reduce eye strain? Are Digital Flat Panel (DFP) Displays worth it? Does it make sense to purchase a 17" LCD flat panel for $1500 or a 19" for $2200? Or would a top-end CRT with the highest refresh rate be better? What about those almost-flat CRTs?

Any insights will be appreciated.
