You are exactly right! The math man is a very sincere, articulate investor, but I think he was taken for a ride. Based on his post, I don't know if he feels that the investors will be compensated or not.

I remember receiving a dime taped on a court document as my compensation for such legal action. I sincerely hope that the math man understands that the lawyers will receive the vast majority of any damages, and the investors will receive pennies for their dollars.

My lesson learned and I still recall from the dime incident: cheap stocks are cheap for a reason.
