John....Just imagine if you were one of the placees in the 8.1MM financing and then again in the 1.50 financing for a million.I would be livid myself.They leased the rig.I suppose that they will let it go back to the lessee?????

Hey that's a good idea - actually it would be a REALLY good idea for someone who owned a drilling company and needed the rig then they could buy CGX if the rig owners notified that they could not make it or you could just hire the rig if the claim falls out.
