Not really.

I'm going on the assumption that this is just the NASD moving the stock. All the optical stocks are on the same pattern trying to make new highs but not quite. Look JDSU, PMCS, NT, JNPR, SCMR and it's all pretty much the same. I doubt CIEN is going to make a move without strength in the whole market and sector.
