Same as Telecom New Zealand will be doing [in the network they are now building - Lucent has the contract]. I can't wait for next July when they start service.

Telecom has spectrum coming out their ears. They decided not to expand their TDMA, canceling a contract [$300M] in favour of CDMA. That has implications for AT&T and their TDMA network which is like a giant albatross around their neck.
