I spoke with Greg at SESI's IR and he told me that the CEO's mother passed away recently. He implied that they didn't have her estate planned properly and that the CEO would need at least some of the money to cover the estate taxes. With options, the CEO still has over a million shares in his coffers, although not all are full vested or reached the strike price, etc... It still concerns me to see the main man sell this much stock but I'm glad I took the time to call! Decision, decisions.......<vbg>
