I agree that smoke and mirrors are used, but you can tell a lot about the faith investors have in a company when they vote with their money... For the past year, investors have given INTC the "Thumbs Up" as evidenced by the rising chart pattern...

One could pick apart the financials for any weakness but be surprised how the price of the stock moves contrary to those perceived weaknesses... Some of my best investments, including INTC, have been made in clear market leaders whose stock price patterns climb one wall of worry after another... So, while I applaud your financial investigative acumen, I still say, "Never lose sight of what the actual stock price is doing"...
