First, Greece and Asia Minor are included in the notion of Western Civilization. China is not, but it made comparatively few contributions. In any event, the point is that there was a dynamic process resulting in constitutional democracy, industrial capitalism, and modern science, among other things, not just individual ideas or inventions......Second, Peronism, which was essentially populist brokering of the economy for political support, ruined Argentina. Paying a tax is fine. Taking the bulk of the estate is, by definition, confiscatory, and mocks the idea of ownership.....Third, evolution is per se mindless, which is why I have never understood your affection for meme theory.
