I didn't read the post(s) about SSB. I can only assume that it was defamatory, and perhaps threatening. There is a BIG difference between saying "I will kill you", and "That analyst should be shot". However, emotions seem to run high on these threads, higher than prudent thought would provide. It will be enlightening to know how the SSB vs. Yahoo Poster debacle turns out. AS for being held accountable for actions or words, any "market" analyst should be held accountable for their words as well.
