Per the fm, the substitution shouldn't be timed. I hope it works out, since you just increased the volatility of your portfolio by a bunch. Bozo is even greedier than ET <lol>. Yes, and yes <g>. I figure 75-25 odds it should work, and the downside isn't large enough to damage the portfolio (plus from this past spring, lots of practice making painful decisions when needed). Admittedly assuming that China doesn't lob any missiles at Taiwan in the next couple of weeks. - Dway
