Dave,

An Island reversal means a top or bottom bounded by gaps on either side (up and down, or vice versa). It's not necessarily a major reversal, however. The more important pattern in play on CMRC is the breakout from the three-month symmetrical triangle -- if it can hold that breakout point (52), the stock could eventually have room to 85, based on the size of the triangle.
