Thread-- It'll be interesting to see how the results are spun. I definitely thought last quarter's cc was more conventional. None-the-less, I like how Jerry and co. excoriated Joseph for his little tantalum tirade (three times!). I'm not sure it was necessary to point out the weak Intel operating results. Then again, given the attempts to spin (more analysts prefaced with "<synonym for nice> quarter" at the INTC CC yesterday than did for AMD today) a quarter that was at best $.02 above expectations and, according to GAAP, $.03 below consensus, perhaps it's in the job description of an aggressive competitor. Anyway, we'll see in the next few days and weeks. -Eric
