Great data Jim, thank you. Now all we need is the Nasdaq to react and sneak a split in there before the end of the year. Jack

Jim,

VERY good notes. Thanks, may I add a few impressions:

Eli seem overwhelmed by the demand, talked about video as a new unexpected market taking even more capacity. Used the work "havoc" when talking about trying to meet demand, said the demand / capacity was really a "pain in the neck". When talking about how people thought SST was a competitor and a factor in SNDK capacity that there was a tremendous amount of "confusion and ignorance" out there.

Projected 20% growth for 3rd quarter; 25% 4th quarter.

Eli said that in the 4th quarter, they would probably limit their consignments to the top 30 customers. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but didn't he say that demand was double or more capacity?

All I kept hearing was demand/capacity, demand/capacity, demand/capcity. A high class problem, none the less, a huge problem.

John

Jim,
Nice job on the CC. Your are a faster writer than I. I was using the dialpad, and getting some cutout.

Just a quick comment. I got the impression that the 2 royalty licensees that have fixed payment that end, was for this year only. They have fixed payments the first 2 quarters each year. Correct me if I am wrong.
