Debt reduction:

currently 1.5billion, reducing by 400m, another 500m of convertible debt, which is callable in may of next year, as cash balances continue to grow, amd will look at further reduction sometimes next year. convertible debt will be converted into common stock and has a conversion price of $37, leaving 600m which is dresden debt, guaranteed by german government, which is at 5%.

Debt reduction Q?

Q. about macroeconomic issues.

1.5bil in debt. Convertible debt 500 mil callable next year. Jerry says will convert to common stock at $37. Wants to hold Dresden debt since guaranteed by German govt. Could be debt free by end of next year.
