Well, we may think we are thinking.... By way of example, I had a command performance at my mother's place Sunday night. She thought her rent at the Senior Citizen's home was being raised to $2000 a month. As I drove over, I thought "why not buy this place? $24K per apartment? The entire town isn't worth $24,000" Turns out the letter she received says, "Mrs. Slevin, Your rent will be increased as of August, 2000......" I love my mother but at age 97 I think she may have used up her 20,000 post limit a few decades ago.
