funny enough, it won't be good for all of them...with the new FASB rule that demands the marking to market of outstanding derivatives positions, there will be no way the heavy hedgers can hide their hedge book losses in footnotes...it will immediately be visible on the bottom line. so those guys either cover their hedge books, or they pray that there won't be a rally. like i said before, it's too stupid for words...for a producer to have to be afraid that the price of his product rises, lol...
