Yes, I know. That is the part that I was confused about, why 20% this quarter. I was under the impression that AMD will use all its tax credit and then pay the usualy tax rate of 30'some percent rate. It seems that they are saving some of the tax credit for the later quarters.

Anyway, corporate tax rate in US is not 20% and AMD did a crappy job of communicating with the street on this issue.

doug, re: "yearly rate of 20%" -- this will probably wind up as the average for all of 2000. Maybe 25% rate in Q3 and 30% rate in Q4.

On ASP's, I think K6 is more like $50. Wasn't it $53 in Q1?
