He is right, I have seen many stocks fall during the day after AH pop on S&P announcement, in fact I believe stocks are moved lower to let funds move in before the run till the actual day a stocks is added. Should be a golden opportunity to add for trade.

JDSU has had little bad luck. Just the opposite imo. They are a great company that has been able to grow at an astounding rate through organic growth and acquisitions. But the stock is over-priced. Not to say that it won't get more over-priced in the coming months. I think that is very likely. But I also think that it will trade nicely lower than it does now. Like previous darlings such as CISCO, JDSU will face diminishing momentum.
