This stock is looking sick right before earnings. But look at SNDK (Sandisk) and MCHP (Microchip). What to think?

I'll be surprised if we don't clear 40 after earnings,

I just checked the "Max Pain" price for ATML Jul options and it happens to be $40. If numbers are good this afternoon, I think $40 is a definite.
