Nah...AG Edwards has been buying it all up. Nobody was there to buy it at 2-1/4, so they just droppped the bids out. I guess some folks decided to jump ship. Like you, I'm not interested in small gains in it. I'm hanging on to what I have for a while. I have a feeling it will be a big mover later on, when AG Edwards has all the stock. I think it's a great buy below 2, so I will just add as I can. They just got a good contract.

That INET is a great buy below 2 also. And NGAS is a good buy below 3.

That's all my opinion of course. I have learned that you have to exercise patience with these small companies. Sitting on them is dead money sometimes, but that's about the only way to play them I think. They can jump at any time and I would rather be in the door while they are out of favor than find myself paying 50% more on the day they decide to pop.

Did you happen to look at all the insider buying in ALRC by any chance? All buys. It looks like management has been dollar cost averaging themselves by buying at different levels on a regular basis for the past year.

biz.yahoo.com

The company got spanked due to the y2k issue, which actually proved to be somewhat of a non-event, but it cramped a lot of companies that are in their line of work.
AGEdwards was at the shareholder's meeting from my understanding and he was very inquisitive about their new business model.
