Then you have to consider the other 10% customer is RCN, who I believe is a data-CLEC with a heavy debt burden and suffering stock price. But I don't follow RCNC closely
enough to know how their cable over-builds are going.

Just a FYI...RCN has over $3 billion in cash (half from P. Allen) to finance the buildout of their advanced fibre network. If anything, they're building faster q/q and should be a great HLIT customer for the next few years.
