Peace....Thats all relative to one's point of view. If the arb's thought JDSU was going to go significantly higher in the near term dont you think that they'd prefer to quietly exit if possible in the next day or two on any weakness and resecure their short position from a potentially much higher level? Im sure some of the arbs are planning out their strategy as I type this if they didnt cover in the after market. Should they be able to cover at 120 and short the stock around 150 why wouldnt they??? Its all about making money and the spread will still be there in a week. Although I rarely advocate the use of margin Im currently considering it this week regarding JDSU.
