bb, Rydex and PC ratios worked perfectly to predict the top of the current rally in tech. Brogan says we're done on the upside, and he is looking for an A-B-C correction down to 3837 then a bottom at 3123 on the Compx. I enjoyed the rally. I miss it when things get hot like that

Bobby B, I took the CMRC Island as a sign of a potential failed breakout -- potential that has not yet been realized -- as the stock gapped up on ARBA's news, but may not have quite the same story. An Island is not necessarily a major reversal, but can be a minor one.
