Mr. Fun, That makes sense. It seems that the remaining people from ASND/CSCC that have been holding out for their stock are now going to bail, jeopardizing the switch due soon. The Nexabit people are nearly all gone. The Avaya people from Prominet and Agile are fleeing. The optical people that are not bucking for retirement in Andover are leaving in droves. The Excel people on the cape are there only because they are trapped out there, but the 2-3 new places are beginning to drain the talent from there. And that is the good news... tp
