WRONGERS NEWS SERVICE : 07/20/2000 1:00PM PT INTC:NASDAQ

Intel Corporation today announced that it would change its name to INTELOUTSIDEALL.COM to more closely reflect its new emphasis as a stock engulfing company. In a return to its core competency, it has acquired 100% of all of the known public online auction companies in exchange for a combination of stock and yield-free .18u wafers, at the company's sole discretion. Once the acquisitions are complete, not requiring any shareholder approval, the company will attempt to dispose of all of its semiconductor fabrication plants through online auction, delivery not included. According to the company, the fabrication plants do not fit into the future business of the newly focused company. Also according to the company, even if the fabrication plants do not draw substantial bids, the shutdown of the plants should be accretive to earnings immediately. -30-
