The lack of negativity and hints of a slowing economy would be bullish.

On the waves. I see two possibilities.

1. We just started 5 of C of 2 in a bear market.

2. We started a new bull market from the May lows then we would be in 3 of 3 of 3 of 1 or 5 of 3 of 1.
