There are only 2 tech IPO QP plays for the QP ending 7/31: SERA and IVTA. I think IVTA looks like the stronger of the two, but both might run since there will be a limited supply of IPO QP plays for 7/31.

In STLW, ACCD, VRGE, PRSE, and VRGE for 7/24 QP end plays. VRGE looks poised to rebound back into the low 20s from here.

The Chairman is not closing the doors on further rate hikes, but he is also not warning that more hikes are imminent. This should be good for the markets; stocks have already jumped in the wake of the headlines.
